3. Suppliers competeWhen the timing is right, we take your business to market through competitive procurement, including reverse auctions, and review the terms of the offers that come back, not just the headline rate.
4. We manage itOur approach continues after the contract is signed: ongoing support and monitoring, with the strategy revisited as your business and the market change.
